Light Lager
This light Lager has an alluring pale golden color that highlights the clean, crisp, hop-spicy flavor that is slightly bitter with malty overtones. Easy drinking, approachable, and malt oriented. An entry level craft beer.
American Style IPA
This IPA was made in celebration of the Grand Canyon Centennial. It is a traditional West Coast IPA made with Centennial Hops. A portion of the proceeds of this beer will be given to Grand Canyon Conservancy to help maintain the Bright Angel Trail.
Marzen
Our Oktoberfest offering is a rich lager brewed with a mixture of carastan and crystal malts and traditional German hops. This German classic is known for its malty character and a clean lager taste; medium bodied with a warm amber color.
Porter
The dark ale contains black and chocolate malt with a touch of roasted barley. Rich and malty with a sharp hop bite. This porter is sure to please.
Fruited Ale
One of our most refreshing brews! A light ale with a reddish tint and a distinctive light raspberry flavor that is not overbearing. Wonderfully refreshing and satisfying.

Hefeweizen
This German style wheat beer is refreshing, lightly hopped, unfiltered and yeasty, highly effervescent, slightly sour with a flavor and aroma suggestive of cloves and bananas. A favorite for the customer that enjoys a lighter-milder ale. Great warm weather ale.
Scotch Ale
This dark red full bodied malty ale is considerably stronger and relatively low in hop bitterness in order to offset the sweetness of the other highly roasted crystal malts. the finish is clean, crisp and dry. Pairs well with pungent cheeses, creamy desserts and a variety of meats.
Amber Ale
This handsome amber ale is created by balancing a selection of crystal and caramel malts, moderately hopped – resulting in a rich, full bodied, satisfying brew. Most well-received, well balanced and flavorful ale to the public.
India Pale Ale
This is a heavier-bodied ale with a higher bitterness. The blend of several varieties of American Hops make this copper colored ale especially pleasing for pale ale lovers
New England Style hazy IPA
Brewed in the New England Style this Hazy IPA is unfiltered and made with late addition hops to bring lots of flavor and aroma, but without the bite as the traditional West Coast IPA. This IPA is dry hopped with El Dorado hops giving it notes of tropical fruit flavor and aroma.
